چکیده
Study Objective: To identify the role of estrogen (ESR1) and progesterone (PRG) receptor genes in benign mammary dysplasia (BMD) women reproductive age with endometrial hyperplasia (EH). Design: prospective controlled cohort study. Materials Methods. We examined 105 aged 18 to 49 years old who were divided into three groups: group I — 36 BMD patients; II 27 EH without atypia; III 42 patients atypia. Patients disorders subgroups diffuse nodal BMD. studied polymorphism ratio their isoforms blood serum. ESR1 PRG gene was analysed using polymerase chain reaction fluorescent genotyping detection TaqMan probes. Results. In PvuII C/T there significant differences between СС allele (p = 0.014), but not study groups. Analysis rate Xbal A/G alleles revealed GG 0.015), while no The Val660Leu +331G/A statistically groups; also, Conclusion. Combined hyperplastic processes endometrium glands depend on specificity system progesteron genes. Associations various combinations susceptibility demonstrate presence for each clinical pathogenic variant (diffuse or local forms). Keywords: dysplasia; hyperplasia; receptors; ESR1,

Overexpression of Endometrial Estrogen Receptor-Alpha in The Window of Implantation in Women with Unexplained Infertility
Objective Background: Failure in the endometrial receptivity may account for a significant number of infertility cases including unexplained infertility in women. Reduction in the endometrial estrogen receptor-alpha (ER-α) expression during window of implantation may be a critical event that coincides with expression of specific genes and providing a receptive endometrium. The aim of present st...

Background: Breast cancer is one of the most common women’s cancers, and the number of cases is increasing worldwide. Objective: The current study compared invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) and invasive ductal carcinoma with regard to the prevalence of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and age prevalence. Methods: T...

Background: Endometrial carcinoma (EC) is the most common gynecologic malignancy however, mechanisms underlying its pathogenesis remain obscure. Endometrial carcinoma has been classified into two major categories: type I (related to estrogen or endometrioid adenocarcinoma) and type II (unrelated to estrogen). Estrogen is the main trigger for the abnormal proliferation in the endometrial epithel...
متن کاملEvaluation of the Effect of Additive Metformin to Progesterone on Patients with Endometrial Hyperplasia
Background and Objectives: Endometrial hyperplasia (EH) is an abnormal overgrowth of endometrium that may lead to endometrial cancer, especially when accompanied by atypia. The treatment of EH is challenging, and previous studies report conflicting results. Metformin (dimethyl biguanide) is an anti-diabetic and insulin sensitizer agent, which is supposed to have antiproliferative and anticancer...
